The first Basketball Party!

| The first big Basketball Party took place on Thursday , 29th of April at KINGDOM CLUB in Voula, and all the Stars of Greek Basketball attended and supported us and our cause! Of course it was also a night of fun, where they were partying together with all their fans! The night was an effort to assist OSSEK (the Greek Wheelchair Basketball Federation) and was supported by basketblog.gr and HouseOfHoops.gr , who together with Globalsports organized a fabulous night …for a good purpose! One of the best R’N’B DJs in Greece, DJ AK, was with us that night, and helped us support the wheelchair federation with his own special way, as he did in the famous Bootycall parties at Akrotiri Club. An other special event took place that night, and was the peak of the evening. A fashion show of Greek designer Costas Mitrovgenis, where some of the most famous male and female Greek models participated and set the runway on fire ! Besides the invitations that were sold to all basketball teams from all categories of Greek championship, to coaches, athletes from all kind of sports, journalists, singers, actors, people from the fashion industry, everybody could purchase his own invitation that night from the entrance of the club, as the event was very much advertised through the media (websites and tv ) and there were a lot of people who joined us for our purpose to assist OSEKK. It was an initiative that took excellent review from everyone, and this sets the ground for many events like this to follow!! Great thanks to everybody who assisted especially to PEPSICO,NIKE,TURKISH AIRLINES,TRIPLE CROWN, ELEANA BOUTIQUE HOTEL,CHAMPION. |

Επικοινωνία με την ηγεσία της Ευρωλίγκα είχαν οι άνθρωποι της ΚΑΕ ΑΜΑΡΟΥΣΙΟΥ ώστε να έχουν έναν απολογισμό της παρθενικής τους παρουσίας στη διοργάνωση. Τα λόγια που άκουσαν από τον ΤζόρντιΜπερτομέου σίγουρα τους έκανε να νοιώσουν πλήρως δικαιωμένοι. "Το Μαρούσι με εντυπωσίασε, όπως όλους, όχι μόνο για την αγωνιστική του πορεία που ξεκίνησε από τα προκριματικά και έφτασε να διεκδικεί πρόκριση στους 8, αλλά κυρίως από την οργάνωσή του και κυρίως το κερδισμένο στοίχημα της προσέλευσης του κόσμου. Ανταποκρίθηκε 100%. Ειλικρινά δεν περιμέναμε ότι θα έχει μέσο όρο πάνω από 3 χιλιάδες κόσμο, κάτι που σημαίνει ότι δούλεψε με συνέπεια προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση. Κι αν δεν έπαιζε στο αχανές ΟΑΚΑ, αλλά σε ένα πιο προσιτό γήπεδο όπως της Ζαλγκίρις, θα φαινόταν ακόμη περισσότερο πόσο αποτελεσματική είναι η προσπάθεια που έκανε" τόνισε χαρακτηριστικά ο CEO της Ευρωλίγκας. Παράλληλα η ΚΑΕ έστειλε ευχαριστήριο στην διοργανώτρια αρχή για την άψογη συνεργασία και την εμπειρία που προσέφερε στην ομάδα. |
